About the team
As VP of Product, you will work closely with the CEO, shaping the product vision, our feature roadmap and our content strategy. You will lead a dynamic team of product managers, designers and content creators to deliver world-class financial education solutions that meet the needs of our diverse, global user base.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our product and ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry. It’s a new role at nudge and a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business, global clients and users.
What you will be doing?
Things move fast at nudge and we’re always evolving so responsibilities can evolve too.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic direction & vision: Working closely with the CEO and CTO, shape a clear, ambitious vision for the product experience, aligned with our company strategy. Translate this vision into strategic priorities that guide the work of product managers, content leads, and cross-functional teams.
- Integrated planning & roadmapping: Guide and oversee the creation of product and content roadmaps that are aligned, realistic, and strategically sound. Work closely with the CTO (owner of the technology / capability roadmap) and other senior leaders to ensure alignment across the business.
- AI and chatbot integration: Support the integration of AI technologies and user-facing chatbots to enhance user experiences while delivering on business objectives.
- Content generation and strategy: Partner with senior content leaders to evolve our content strategy into a core differentiator. Ensure it is insight-led, globally scalable, and fully integrated into our product vision and user journeys.
- Market analysis: Champion a deep, ongoing understanding of our market, clients, and users. Have regular touch points with clients and market industry leaders. Embed this insight into team decision-making.
- Data-driven decisions: Utilise data analytics to measure success and drive product and content decisions.
- Customer focus: Advocate for the Client and user to ensure their needs and feedback are realised within the product.
- Go-to-market strategy: Collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
- Team empowerment & enablement: Ensure your product and content teams are equipped with the insights, tools, processes, and confidence they need to succeed. Remove roadblocks, provide strategic context, and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Leadership & culture: Inspire and mentor senior team members. Shape a high-trust, high-performance culture that values curiosity, impact, and strategic thinking. Build an empowered, and scalable organisation.
- Stakeholder engagement: Serve as a senior voice for product and content across the business, including to the Executive team and Board. Evangelise to our clients, prospects and the industry.
Skills and experience
We’re a close-knit family so a willing, friendly and collaborative personality is really important to us. We’re exceptionally nimble and things move fast so we really value “athletic” minds and a “let’s give it a go” attitude.
To help you do all this, you will need:
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior product leadership role, ideally as a VP of Product or Product Director.
- Deep understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Experience in setting up and leading product teams and working directly with a CTO.
- Experience working in daily partnership with a CTO.
- Proven experience in integrating AI technologies and developing user-facing chatbots.
- Experience or knowledge of the employee benefits industry.
- An understanding of content design and strategy.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
